The Perfect Zero visual alignment system is a complete turn-key solution for any machine, perfectly and rapidly centering your tools.
Perfect Zero software and cameras will center your tools on both the guide bushing and sub spindle side of any machine. Center micro drills as small as .002in as well as OD tools, including threading tools, turning tools, and Y-Axis tools.
The non-contact optics of the sub spindle and guide bushing cameras eliminate alignment errors with no measuring gauges needed.
