HECTOR CAMPO

Hector Campo is a highly esteemed Applications Development Engineer with expertise in intricate, life-saving manufacturing for the medical sector. Beginning his career in 1996 in blue-collar manufacturing, working on Swiss-style lathes, Campo swiftly gained recognition for his exceptional skills, establishing himself as a distinguished professional in his field. Within a few years, he was offered a position as an Applications Engineer at Star CNC Headquarters in New York, where his ambition and expertise propelled him to work on specialized and challenging projects.

Shortly thereafter, Campo was recruited in Mississippi to spearhead the development of the Swiss Department at Cole’s Tool Works. As the leader, he and his team were accountable for the creation of 14 groundbreaking, complex medical machines. In 2009, Tegra Medical acquired CTW and collaborated closely with Campo to navigate the industry landscape, expanding its portfolio to 24 machines.

Currently, Hector’s primary objective is to support the growth of similar companies in contract manufacturing and OEM sectors by providing them with a competitive advantage in the industry. Simultaneously, he continues to make a positive impact on people’s lives through his work.
