Hector Campo is a renowned Applications Development Engineer specializing in complicated life-saving manufacturing for the medical industry. Getting his start in 1996 at the blue-collar level in manufacturing on Swiss-style lathes, Campo quickly built a name for himself by becoming an expert professional in his field. In a few short years, he was offered a position as an Applications Engineer at Star CNC Headquarters in New York, where his ambition to learn and expertise put him on the team of specialized and complex assignments.

Shortly after, Campo was recruited in Mississippi to develop and lead the new Swiss Department at Cole’s Tool Works. Under his direction, his team was responsible for the creation of 14 innovative complex medical machines. In 2009, Tegra Medical acquired CTW and worked closely with Campo to navigate the industry and grow its portfolio to 24 machines.

Today, Hector’s mission is to aide in the growth of similar companies in contract manufacturing and OEM by offering a competitive edge in the industry while continuing to make a difference in people’s lives.
